PUBLIC ACTIVES SHOULD OPERATE

Lt Colonel Edward Hovanisyan is Deputy Commander on work with staff (Commander – Colonel G.Avagyan).

The main thing for the regiment which is defending borders is to secure border’s security. If the enemy feels that his encroachments remain unpunished, he becomes more insolent. Recently we conduct engineering works on the front line to enhance security during the combat duty. But the main thing is – human factor. We conduct appropriate work with the young soldiers.
