Artsakh people have done their historical choice. They defended their freedom and got it in the cruelest war at a price of heaviest losses. Artsakhian voted for his independence not only during the referendum but also during his nationwide self-defense.

Today, the day of this great festival, we state that Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as an established state continues its all-sided development. Karabakh people’s peaceful work has already changed its image drastically into a positive side.
