Interview with deputy commander of the military unit, Lieutenant Colonel Aren Avagyan

– Yes, the cadres decide everything! How much develops technology, still the specialist shows his power. From my own experience I know that today one of the reasons for the lack of progress is that the work is headed by random people or experts with insufficient expertise.

When I was appointed deputy commander of the regiment, all congratulated me, but I was very concerned, not because I was not confident in my abilities but I felt too much responsibility. When I entered that office, I suddenly realized – how much I have lost opportunities! Who needs such a leader who does not try to push the matter entrusted to him to step forward?

I want to note chiefs of services under my submission: Captain Gevorg Andreasyan, graduated from Ryazan Institute, Major Arshak Ohanyan – Penza Engineering Institute, Lieutenant Colonel Armen Mirzakhanian – although he graduated from civilian institute, but he is very well-versed in military affairs.

A high-skilled specialist is more valuable for us than sophisticated weapons. And they, in turn, know the price of weapons. In the military unit there are different kinds of modern weapons, the preservation and maintenance of which is carried out at the highest level. After all, this is due to it the effectiveness of actions undertaken against enemy deterrence.

The personnel of the repair company know that at any moment technique should be ready to perform the task. We have specialists-aces, including: platoon commander, Senior Lieutenant Vardan Hasratyan.

In the result of all this during the inspection of the Main Military Inspection, the service led by me received a positive assessment. And that is – the result of human qualities and high professional skills of our officers, services commanders.
