ANOTHER DIVERSIONARY INVASION OF ENEMY AND ANOTHER SHAMEFUL ESCAPE

On morning of March 19 enemy’s special forces enhanced team undertook an attack on the positions of the northern direction (Gyulistan). During clashes Hagop Gagikovich Khachatryan (1996), Edward Gagikovich Hayrapetyan (1995) and Arshak Karenovich Harutyunyan (1995) fell with courage, four were wounded.

We visited the Central Clinical Military Hospital of Defense Ministry, where the wounded Lieutenant Sarkis Gabrielian and soldier Edgar Martirosyan get treatment.

WELL DONE MY SOLDIERS!

Lieutenant Sarkis Gabrielian underwent amputation of the right hand. After graduating from the Military Institute after V.Sargsyana in 2014, 8 months he is in the service, as the commander of the department. He told me what happened on March 19, when they came down from the position.

– We were 11. The enemy suddenly attacked us. Well done my soldiers! There was no panic, no escape. Beside me, a grenade exploded and hit my hand. Guys fought bravely. The enemy – the commandos, who were a few times more than us, took to their heels. I’m really proud!

WE HAVE PREVENTED THE ATTACK

Soldier Edgar Martirosyan serves about 16 months. He has a gunshot wound to the abdomen through which were hurt large and small intestines.
– They were a lot. We all were shooting. Then they threw a grenade at me, but I continued to shoot. We shot so long that Azeris started to run away. I am a soldier, and always knew that the enemy is in front and at every moment can attack. I will get well. I wish you all the strength of spirit.

HEAD OF THE SURGICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE MOD CENTRAL HOSPITAL SEVAK SHAHBAZYAN

– I’ll note that the Karabakh doctors coped, everything was done at the highest level. The wounded are already in our hospital. Unfortunately, we have to note that injuries of the two injured are incompatible with life. Nevertheless, doctors with all the forces are fighting for their lives.
