In 2014 our unit was recognized the best in the military unit. 4 years in a row, our artillery battalion is one of the best in the unit. As part of division 2 consecutive years our second battery was voted the best.

Each of the military has his own history. I didn’t imagine my journey of life in another sphere. My grandfather’s father from my father’s side was the soldier of Commander Andranik, my grandfather from father’s side participated in the Finnish War and in World War II, was a battery commander with the rank of Major. My uncle, Alexander Truzyan 35 years served in the Russian army, 20 years of them was the deputy chief of the Voronezh Aviation Institute. His son, Gregory is Air Force officer, Major, serves in the Russian Federation. My older brother Roman is military, too. I graduated from the Military Institute after V.Sargsyana with honors. In a family where several generations were military, I just could not choose another profession.
