By order of the Chief of RA Armed Forces General Staff, on 6-7 June methodical collection of paramilitary and patrol units chiefs of the Defense Ministry’s departmental security was conducted. The aim of the function was – to increase the preparation level of protection units through theoretical and practical training.

Troops’ service and security of military activity department carries out control over Departmental security forces.

– Specificity of this service is that from departmental security’s units form guarding groups from civilians who become civil guards with the right to use firearms, – tells Head of Department Colonel Hayk Karapetyan who is managing the function.

The gathering was completed with tests which were used to assess the degree of development of theoretical knowledge of the participants.
